As a former competitive figure skater, I've experienced firsthand the thrill of pushing physical limits and the importance of a strong mind-body connection. This athletic journey has instilled in me a deep appreciation for individuality and a vast understanding that training needs to be specialized for each unique person.
I've honed my passion for movement into a career helping others achieve their fitness goals. Having traded the ice rinks of Toronto for the vibrant energy of London, I've embraced the diversity of this city and its people.​ As a personal trainer, I've had the privilege of working with clients ranging from 16 to 85, each with their unique story and aspirations.

By combining targeted exercises with a deep understanding of your body's potential, we can work together to achieve your fitness goals. Whether you're looking to tone, build strength, or simply feel better in your skin, I'm here to guide you every step of the way.

My training style is dynamic and personalized, focusing on interval-based workouts that deliver results without monotony. I believe in a "not one size fits all" approach, tailoring each program to individual bodies, lifestyles, and preferences. My primary training location is West Hampstead, but I also work with clients across London.​​

When I'm not with clients, you can find me in a spin class, embracing cold therapy, or exploring new creative outlets. I'm looking forward to getting to know you too!
